      Hanna Paulsberg Concept has over the last few years proved
 to be one of the most relevant and exciting jazz bands in Norway,
and has played more than 80 concerts at home and abroad since the
 group was formed in 2011. The quartet is led by saxophonist Hanna
 Paulsberg, who has a leading position at a young age on the
 Norwegian jazz scene, including several projects with Trondheim Jazz
 Orchestra (/ Marius Neset / Elin Rosseland, / Motorpsycho, / Eirik
 Hegdal). Since its inception in conjunction with Hanna Paulsberg's
 graduation concert in 2010, Paulsberg has led the band from the
 practice rooms at NTNU 's jazz department in Trondheim and out to
 the public. In 2011 HPC won the prestigious title of Young Nordic
Jazz Comets and Trondheim Jazz Fest Ung Talent Award.
   On October 8th, 2012,  HPC released their debut album Waltz
 for Lilli on Øra Phonogram, and received critical acclaim in
 Norwegian and international press.  The second album; Song for Josia
 was released on february 7th, and the quartet has  The quartet has
 performed at 12 points in Dublin, Copenhagen and Cheltenham Jazz
 Festival, and toured in Estonia, Greenland, Finland, and Sweden.
 Hanna Paulsberg Concept has in a short time acquired a
 mature and stylistically confident expression that has deep roots in
 the jazz tradition while also fixes a sharp look ahead. A mixture of
 strong melodic compositions, instrumental thorough technical skills,
 close interaction and improvisational freedom lays the foundation
for the artistic development.
