Moksha offers a unique combination of Nordic jazz and Indian raga which will take the listener on a musical journey filled with their love for playing, virtuosity and new expressions.

The spring of 2012 Oddrun Lilja Jonsdottir, Sanskriti Shrestha and Tore Flatjord came together to interpret «Joy», a piece by John McLaughlin. This was the starting point of their musical collaboration. They write their own music influenced by nordic jazz, Indian, African and Arabic music. The unorthodox instrumentation of guitar, tabla and darbuka, provides rhythmical complexity, wide variety of dynamic contrasts and a unique soundscape.
